How to choose safe street food:
- Look for standard certification: Look for the "Clean Food Good Taste" sign from the Ministry of Public Health.
- Observe the vendor: The seller should be wearing an apron, a hat/hairnet, and use utensils to handle food instead of their bare hands.
- Heat: Only choose food that is freshly cooked and served hot.
- Freshness: Avoid shops that use oil that has turned completely black or has a rancid smell.
- Location: Avoid shops located near sewage drains, garbage piles, or roadsides with heavy traffic fumes.
